☑️ Seller Agreement

  1. My products are my own original designs, or I have the rights to sell them.
  2. I understand The Magic Shop Finds is a directory only — it doesn't sell my products, handle payments, or verify my licenses.
  3. If a rights holder (like HYBE) complains about my listing, the site will remove it within 48 hours — no debate. I won't hold that against the site.
  4. Repeated complaints will get my shop removed permanently.
  5. I won't upload anyone's private photos or personal information.
  6. The directory may earn advertising or affiliate revenue from site traffic — that's how it stays free for sellers.
  7. No seller fees for now. If that ever changes, I'll get 30 days' notice.

By submitting, you confirm everything above is true to the best of your knowledge.

Quick answers

Does it cost anything?

No. Listing is completely free — no listing fees, no commissions, no hidden charges. If that ever changes, sellers get 30 days' written notice.

Do you handle my sales or payments?

Never. We're a directory, not a store. Buyers click through to your shop to purchase — you handle everything.

What if my product uses BTS imagery?

We feature handmade and customizable merch. Trademarked areas in your photos get a tasteful "customize this spot" placeholder on your listing — your original photo is never altered.

How long does review take?

Usually within a week. We'll email you either way.
